The students are spending an entire year at UCSF Medical Center, including Mount Zion and Lakeshore. They are working one on one with faculty from anesthesia, family and community medicine, internal medicine, neurology, obstetrics and gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedic surgery, otolaryngology, pediatrics, psychiatry, surgery and urology to learn how to take care of patients.
